CMH Heli-Skiing provides\u00a0the world\u2019s most comprehensive and spectacular wilderness ski experience. Our heliski areas are located in the remote mountains of British Columbia and cover the size of\u00a0a third of Switzerland. Magical backcountry nature with high alpine skiing and the world\u2019s greatest tree skiing in old growth forests with nicely spaced trees. No crowded lifts lines, no rutted slopes, no advertising \u2013 just incredible skiing.<\/p>\n

\u201dSignature\u201d is CMH\u2019s classic heliski program.<\/p>\n

A few words about a\u00a0heliski trip with CMH<\/h4>\n

Our\u00a0guests fly to Calgary,\u00a0Kelowna or Kamloops Airport the day before the heliski program starts and overnight at\u00a0one of the airport hotels.\u00a0CMH bus transport\u00a0departures early the following morning to the chosen CMH lodge. Upon arrival and greeting our mountain guides\u00a0and helicopter pilots go through a safety briefing with the guests. Depending on chosen lodge, skiing starts the same afternoon as arrival or the day after and continue until the evening before the trip ends or before lunch the same day as the program end.\u00a0Flight back home can be booked the same evening or the day after.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

CMH Small Group program is\u00a0designed for smaller\u00a0groups of skiers compared to the classic \u201dSignature\u201d.\u00a0This program often leads to\u00a0a faster\u00a0pace. It is possible to book this program both as a single skier or with family and friends. Small group program is available in Adamants throughout the season and during certain weeks in\u00a0other CMH areas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

CMH Hell-Skiing offer\u00a0private trips for guests who are looking for total flexibility. These programs are available with limited or\u00a0<\/strong>unlimited skiing in vertical meters.<\/b><\/p>\n

Bobbie Burns, Gothics, Monashees & Revelstoke<\/strong>\u00a0Private\u00a0<\/strong>are programs for up to 4 skiers with a private Bell 407 helicopter and 2 mountain guides. Accommodation in the same lodge as other CMH guests.\u00a0The skiing is based on the group pace and ability.\u00a0Transport is arranged by CMH from Calgary or\u00a0Kelowna Airport.<\/p>\n

Nomads<\/strong>\u00a0program\u00a0is available for groups of 4\u00a0to 10 skiers\u00a0with 2\u00a0mountain guides and\u00a0a Bell 407 or 212 helicopter.\u00a0Accommodation in private lodges\u00a0in\u00a0Halcyon Hot Springs Village & Spa lodges. Transport between Kelowna Airport and Halcyon\u00a0is provided by CMH with helicopter.<\/p>\n

Valemount<\/strong>\u00a0offers groups up to\u00a010 skiers with a private Bell 212 helicopter and 2 mountain guides.\u00a0Accommodation is in a high class private lodge. Transport between Calgary Airport and Valemount is provided by CMH with a private airplane.<\/p>\n

Powder Intro<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Powder Intro program is created for first time heli-skiers. An intro group with\u00a010 guests\u00a0and\u00a02 mountain\u00a0guides ski separately from the other groups. The goal is\u00a0to improve the skiing technique in backcountry terrain\u00a0to be able to ski\u00a0a \u201dSignature\u201d program next time. CMH also offers an intro program, Girl Powder, for girls only.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Family Trips<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The\u00a0Family program\u00a0is\u00a0designed for parents who want to bring their children in ages 12-18. Children\u00a0pay 50%\u00a0of the full\u00a0price\u00a0and\u00a0are guaranteed half of the vertical metres, but they can continue to ski to the cost for extra metres. Bonus or credits are not eligible in this program\u00a0because of the special prices.<\/p>\n

Parents with children under 19 have the responsibility to ski with their kids.<\/p>\n

Children under 12 years are also\u00a0welcome but\u00a0parents\u00a0have to provide childcare (CMH offer a non-skier\u00a0rate).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Special<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

CMH have a\u00a0freeride program, \u201dSteep Shots and Pillow Drops\u201d, which is created\u00a0by CMH mountain\u00a0guides in Kootenay\u00a0and\u00a0Revelstoke. It\u00a0is designed for advanced skiers who want to maximize their skiing\u00a0in steep\u00a0fall lines and \u201dmushrooms\u201d. This program is available in Kootenay and Revelstoke.<\/p>\n

The trips are limited to 9 skiers\/riders with 2 mountain guides.<\/p>\n

You must be a strong, confident skier or rider.\u00a0Helmet is\u00a0mandatory.<\/p>\n

Touring<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

CMH \u201dTouring\u201d is a unique ski adventure program. The group is flown out in the wild mountain terrain by\u00a0helicopter after breakfast in the lodge and after a full day of Touring in the magic mountain nature the guests are picked up by helicopter and flown back to the lodge. CMH also offers a combination of Touring and regular heli-skiing, this program is called \u201dFusion\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Touring groups varies between 5 and 10 guests.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need previous touring experience to participate, but you do need to be in good physical shape\u00a0and have the same ability that\u00a0CMH\u00a0requires of our heli-skiers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
